<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objection lodging processing apparatus that accurately and efficiently process an objection lodging that a deliverer makes to a buyer if there is an error of entry contents of a bill as to a bill issue system through which a bill in a predetermined format is created by the buyer in response to the delivery of an article from the deliverer and sent to the deliverer. <P>SOLUTION: Unit prices of articles corresponding to days of delivery are previously stored in a unit price database 13 and when the deliverer makes an objection lodging, it is decided whether the objection is concerned with the quantity of delivered articles or the unit price, when the objection is concerned with the quantity of delivered articles, the unit price corresponding to the day of delivery is read out of the unit price database 13 and multiplied by the correct quantity of delivered articles to calculate a corrected amount and when the object is concerned with the unit price, the correct unit price corresponding to the day of delivery is read out of the unit price database and multiplied by the quantity of delivered articles to calculate a corrected amount.
