TIRE VULCANIZING MOLD AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated plate type tire vulcanizing mold which can be degassed surely and a method for producing the mold. SOLUTION: After a shim material 14 of 0.005-0.05 mm thickness is inserted between plates 12 and 12 of 0.5-15 mm thickness forming an air discharge channel 15 of 0.2-2 mm depth from the side of a tire tread surface on the side of a laminated surface and laminated, a laminated plate 11 is fixed to a holder 13 by a connection member 14 to manufacture a sector mold 10. Air confined between a tire outer surface and the mold and gas produced from a green tire being vulcanized are discharged from the air discharge channel 15 through a clearance having a prescribed size determined by the thickness of the shim material 14.
