PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a compressor impeller and a shaft causing little failure even if the same is rotated at high speed. SOLUTION: In this joint structure of the compressor impeller and the shaft, a male screw is formed on an outer circumference of projection provided at a central part of a compressor impeller reverse surface, a male screw is formed on one side of the shaft, the compressor impeller and the shaft are joined with a sleeve having female screw formed on both end parts, and a fitting part is provided between the compressor impeller and the shaft.
