PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor when constructing a termite preventive structure of the foundation side. SOLUTION: In this termite preventive method of the foundation side for arranging a fluid termite preventive agent 30 between a foundation 11 of a building and dirt floor concrete 14 arranged on its inside, the termite preventive method comprises a process of arranging a bag body 40 sealed with the termite preventive agent 30 and having a melting property to moisture included in concrete of a fluid state along an inside surface 12 of the foundation 11, a process of injecting the concrete of the fluid state into a dirt floor area on the opposite side of the foundation 11 by sandwiching this bag body 40, a process of forming the dirt floor concrete 14 by hardening the concrete of the fluid state, and a process of arranging the termite preventive agent 30 between the inside surface 12 of the foundation 11 and the dirt floor concrete 14 in a state of directly contacting the termite preventive agent 30 with the inside surface 12 of the foundation 11 and the dirt floor concrete 14 by melting the bag body 40 by the moisture included in the concrete of the fluid state.
