PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary type baseboard, in which an opening is not formed between the baseboard and a ledger board regardless of the width of a building frame and which is not bulky even in the case of a transport, and a prefabricated scaffolding in which the rotary type baseboard is installed. SOLUTION: A baseboard 12 having a baseboard connecting fitting 10 is used as the rotary type baseboard 1, and the rotary type baseboard 1 can be rotated while using the upper section of the baseboard as a rotating shaft and can be fixed at a fixed angle. An opening preventive fitting 5 may be mounted on the lower section of the baseboard. The baseboard is used by a vertical erection in the case of the narrow width of a street, and the baseboard can be used by a drawing and an inclination in the case of the wide width of the street. In the prefabricated scaffolding, in which the lower end of the rotary type baseboard is installed at a place lower than the top face of the ledger board, the sideslip of the ledger board can also be prevented.
