PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair restoration agent to be washed off in use, dispensing with the application of a large amount of the agent to the scalp and hair to reduce the labor of hair dressing and the staining of clothes, and the like, and giving distinct hair restoration effect. SOLUTION: This hair restoration agent to be washed off in use can be produced by compounding a musky fragrant perfumery to a shampooing hair-dressing cosmetic.
