PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the running efficiency of an unmanned truck by judging whether the truck may intrude or not in accordance with the traffic situation in an area including an intersection. SOLUTION: A truck monitoring control device 20 works with a plurality of unmanned trucks 10 running along the running path laid in a container yard and functions so that it judges whether the intended running path of any truck 10 in the area including intersection is an admissible path decided according to the traffic situation in the intersection area when a signal is received from the truck 10 to request an intrusion admission into the area and transmits to the truck 10 an intrusion admission signal for the area if the intended running path is an admissible one.
