PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating effect by surely raising temperature of the whole of the contents including a bottom surface of a drum can in a short time. SOLUTION: This heater is structured of a box-like pallet 1, which is provided with an air blow-out opening 11 at a position corresponding to the center of the bottom surface of the drum can and an air suction opening 12 at a position corresponding to the periphery of the drum can when placing the drum can on the heater and which has an inner space formed as an air passage, a hot air generating device 2 for supplying hot air to the pallet, and an air passage formed between the pallet 1 and the hot air generating device 2. Air heated by the hot air generating device 2 is circulated in a route formed of an air passage 31 to the pallet, the air blow-out opening 11 of the pallet, a clearance between the placed drum can and a surface of the pallet, the air suction opening 12 of the pallet 1, the inner space of the pallet 1 and an air passage 32 formed from the pallet 1 to the hot air generating device 1. Hot air is injected from the air blow-out opening 11 of the pallet 1 to collide with the bottom surface of the drum can to heat the contents of the drum can. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
