PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light and compact turning part and a bracket. SOLUTION: The cargo carrier has a parallel link structured of a first arm and a second arm, and the cargo carrier is provided with the bracket between the first arm and the second arm. The second arm is provided with an upper turning part and a lower turning part, and the upper turning part is fitted to an upper surface of the bracket, and the lower turning part is fitted to a lower surface of the bracket.
