PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a game machine with a card reader from complicating the control processing. SOLUTION: The game machine has a dispensing direction part which gives a direction to dispense a prescribed degree of the value for the games in exchange for the available value possessed by the players as specified from the record information of the cards and dispensing parts (S41E and S41F) for dispensing the degree of the value for the games. The following processing (after S41) is forbidden up to the end of the dispensing (value dispensed at S41G=0) after the dispensing of the prescribed degree of the value for the games is started (YES at S41A).
