PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact type ball paying out device in which a paying out number a unit time is much, which is durable, and which can put out predetermined number of ball bodies at high velocity. SOLUTION: In a ball body sending out device disposed below a tubular head 108 holding a plurality of ball bodies PB in a bulk state, and further separating and sending out the ball bodies one by one by means of a rotary disk 114 having a plurality of through holes 140 through which one ball body can move from an upper surface side to a lower surface side, at least the peripheral rim side of the rotary disk of the through holes is formed as an inclined portion 154 downward facing by a range from 2 to 10°relative to the line parallel to a rotary axial line, and a surface continuous to the upper surface of the rotary disk following the inclined portion is constituted such that a surface 158 in front position of the rotary disk in a rotational direction has a larger inclining angle than that of a surface 160 in rear position of the rotary disk in the rotational direction.
