PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispenser which can reduce the loss of a game player occurring by a game in a game machine even when the game machine does not have a function for relieving the game player. SOLUTION: This game medium dispenser 200 dispenses tokens to be used in the game machine 100 in response to an amount being deducted from a remaining amount of a prepaid card which is read by a valuable value reading unit 230. The game medium dispenser 200 is constituted in such a manner that a specified amount is deducted from the remaining amount of the prepaid card without dispensing tokens based on a specified operation by the game player, and at the same time, the imparting of tokens of a specified quantity may be decided when a quantity of consumption medals, which is a difference between a quantity of tokens being used in the game machine 100 and a quantity of tokens acquired by playing the game in the game machine 100, has become the specified quantity of consumption tokens.
