A digital wireless apparatus wherein the heat dispersion can be effectively achieved without providing any heat dispersion duct in a common unit and wherein a reduced apparatus size has been realized. A digital wireless apparatus to be disposed indoors, wherein the circuits of a common unit having a CPU and those of two modulating/demodulating units are integrated and boards using non-through vias are used, thereby realizing reduced sizes of the units, and wherein the two modulating/demodulating units are disposed side by side on the common unit. |
