<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal computer, a server, etc. which are called a desktop type and a notebook-sized type which has a low-cost cooling system with high cooling efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In a case 100, a CPU 200 which needs cooling, is carried. A liquid-cooled system which cools this CPU includes a cooling jacket 50, a radiator 60 and a circulating pump 70. The cooling jacket is formed of a member having superior heat conduction of copper, etc. The cooling jacket also has an inlet 54 and an outlet 55 of a liquid refrigerant, a substrate 51 in which a passage of a "U" or an "I" shape is formed in the interior, and a lid 52.
