<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle power source circuit device capable of adjusting output voltage to arbitrary voltage to output it when necessary while adjusting the voltage from a power source to prescribed constant voltage to output it, and being inexpensively constituted. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle power source circuit device 1 adjusts the voltage Vin from the power source B to output it to load equipment F, and has a power source circuit 3 for adjusting the voltage Vin from the power source B to the prescribed constant voltage to output it, and a control circuit 9 for controlling the power source circuit 3 and changing output voltage Vout of the power source circuit 3 to the arbitrary voltage. The power source circuit 3 adjusts the voltage Vin from the power source B to the prescribed constant voltage to output it by utilizing feedback of the output voltage Vout.
