<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam movement controlling apparatus in which a small chamber unit is formed by incorporating a spacer cylindrical body and a membrane body into an inner cylindrical body and airtightness of the held portion of the membrane body can be surely insured by injecting a sealing agent into the outer peripheral portion of the membrane body and which can be assembled easily. <P>SOLUTION: This steam movement controlling apparatus is manufactured by: incorporating a plurality of spacer cylindrical bodies 20 into the inner cylindrical body 21; holding the membrane body 22 having air permeability and moisture permeability between the spacer cylindrical bodies in a pressurized state to form the small chamber unit 2 having small chambers 24 divided by the membrane body; impregnating the inside of the outer periphery of the membrane body of the small chamber unit with the sealing agent; plugging a gap between the inner cylindrical body and each of the membrane body and the spacer cylindrical bodies by the sealing agent; and incorporating the small chamber unit into an outer cylinder casing 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
