<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back printing and surface printing structure with a good balance of printability, quality of an image and coating film properties when a flexographic printing is performed on a plastic film. <P>SOLUTION: A printing structure is characterized by that the flexographic printing is performed by printing the plastic film with an anchor coating agent, colored inks containing a process color and a special color, a white ink in this order, and the anchor coating agent and the white ink are made of a water-based polyurethane resin as a binder, and the colored inks are made of either a water-based acrylic resin or an ultraviolet rays- (or an electron beam-)curable resin as a binder. The printing structure is also characterized by that the plastic film is flexographic-printed with the white ink, the colored inks containing the process color and the special color, an over-printing varnish in this order. The over-printing varnish is a nitrocellulose/a polyamide resin, or a nitrocellulose/a polyurethane resin or an ultraviolet rays- (or an electron beam-)curable resin with a solid content ratio of 50/50-10/90 as a binder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
