PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device for setting/tripping a breaker for sharing peripheral components such as an electromagnet on a setting side and a tripping side and a reset spring. SOLUTION: A tripping trigger 39 and a setting trigger 38 are independently and rotatably mounted to the identical trigger shaft 35 and a load in which biasing force of a breaking spring 44 is reduced is loaded onto the trigger 39 by a tripping latch lever 47 to hold a setting state. In addition, the triggers 38 and 39 are structured by laminating an engaging plate 97 receiving the load by the biasing force of a setting spring 42 or the breaking spring 44 and a supporting plate 98 reinforcing the engaging plate 97.
