PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron filament power supply device in which downsizing can be made and a stable filament power supply can be supplied even to a general-purpose magnetron. SOLUTION: By installing a rectifying circuit 15 on the secondary side of a switching transformer T1, a high frequency electric current is made not to flow in the filament of the magnetron. By this, it is unnecessary to use an exclusive magnetron for an inverter, and the general-purpose magnetron can be used. Then, because a transformer of a large capacity is not needed since this uses a switching method, the small-sized and inexpensive magnetron filament power supply device can be provided.
