PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface plasmon resonance measuring method capable of easily removing bubbles even if bubbles get mixed in a flow cell. SOLUTION: The surface plasmon resonance measuring method is characterized in that the cross-sectional area of the flow channel connected to the outlet of a flow cell is 0.04 mm<SP>2</SP>or below and constituted so as to increase the pressure in the flow cell by pressure loss to dissolve and remove mixed bubbles.
