<p>When wandering on a hot day the jacket or coat taken off has to be carried over the arm or the shoulders and is subject to dropping and getting soiled. The new design of a jacket, coat, or cardigan is fitted with a pair of adjustable straps to be carried like a rucksack. The arms can be guided through the straps when the jacket is pulled on and have only to be removed from the sleeves when the temperature rises. In other versions the jacket is equipped with a single strap guided diagonally across the chest or with a belt to be attached to the waist.</p> |
