<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell battery power generation system and a starting method of the fuel cell power generation system wherein a fuel cell as well as a fuel treatment device can be pre-heated to a prescribed operation temperature before starting power generation. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a fuel cell 30; a storing device 71 to recover and store water as the recovered water 42a; the fuel processing device 7 having a reforming part 9 to form a reformed gas, a heat exchange part 12 which is formed at the circumference of the reforming part 9 and carries out the heat exchange, a heating part 8 to heat the reforming part 9, and a carbon monoxide reduction part 14 to form a fuel gas 3a; a water heating device 130 for preheating to carry out heat exchange between the recovered water 42a and water 24a for preheating to preheat the fuel cell 30; a recovered water circulation flow passage of the recovered water 42a from the storing device 71 to the heat exchange part 12, the water heating device 130 for preheating, and the storing device 71; and a water circulation flow passage for preheating the water 24a for preheating from the fuel cell 30 to the water heating device 130 for preheating and the fuel cell 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
