<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing plate for a photovoltaic power generation panel, which is, for example, becomes hard to convey due to deflection, and which prevents a roof material and a waterproof sheet, provided on the roof material, from being damaged by the deflection, when mounted on the roof material. <P>SOLUTION: This fixing plate 2 for the photovoltaic power generation panel is mounted on the surface of the roof material 1. Ridge parts 21 and valley parts 22 are formed in a continuous wavelike shape in side view B, and fixing bars 3 for fixing the photovoltaic power generation panel 4 are mounted at both ends in an eaves ridge direction A in such a manner as to straddle the plurality of ridge parts 21 in the side view B.
