<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking device capable of increasing the marking speed by reducing the on-line calculation quantity of a CPU, and writing smooth letters. <P>SOLUTION: The laser marking device has a CG (Character Generator) 5 comprising a control unit 1 to feed the address signals of the two-axis marking position data and the character data to a driving circuit 2, a memory 53 to store the two-axis moving position data changing according to the writing order of various kinds of characters and the data necessary for the control in the driving circuit 2, and an address generation means of the moving position data to be converted to the address to read the two-axis moving position data of the character sequentially from the memory 53 by the input of the address signal of the character data. In the driving circuit 2, the two-axis marking position data to be output from the control unit 1 and the two-axis moving position data of the character output from the CG 5 are added by adders 24 and 24 to generate the movement data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
