PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a pressure reducing valve wherein a partition member for partitioning a pressure applying chamber facing to one surface of a diaphragm whose fringe part is sandwiched by a valve housing and a pressure reducing chamber for generating a gas pressure to be applied to the pressure applying chamber, and a valve element capable of landing on a valve seat having a valve hole linked to the pressure reducing chamber and opened on the center part is provided on a valve stem penetrating the partition member airtightly and movably and inserted movably into the valve hole, whose one end is connected to the center part of the diaphragm, and the diaphragm is spring-energized in the direction wherein the valve element is separated from the valve seat. SOLUTION: The valve housing 90 comprises the body 34 provided with a recessed part 94 facing to the diaphragm 93 side, and a cover 91 coupled with the body 34 so as to sandwich the fringe part of the diaphragm 93 between itself and the body.
