摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass fiber reinforced hard polyurethane foam manufacturing method capable of obtaining a glass fiber reinforced hard polyurethane foam board having a predetermined size by preventing a shoulder falling phenomenon by a simple method. SOLUTION: The glass fiber reinforced hard polyurethane foam manufacturing method has a raw liquid supply process for continuously coating and impregnating the glass fiber mat fed to a coating bed with a foamable resin raw solution, a foaming process for obtaining the glass fiber reinforced hard polyurethane foam by reacting and foaming the foamable resin raw solution. The upper surface of the coating bed is substantially flat and the coating width of the foamable resin raw solution in the raw liquid supply process is 80-100% with respect to the whole width of the glass fiber mat and the supply amount per a unit area of the foamable resin raw solution in each of both end regions of the coating width is larger than that in a region other than both end regions.
