PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new pharmaceutical composition containing, as an active agent, cyclosporin A known also as ciclosporine (thereafter called as cyclosporin). SOLUTION: A hard gelatine capsule contains a pharmaceutical composition comprising followings: cyclosporin A; a surfactant with a HLB value of at least 10 and containing polyoxyethylene-sorbitan-fatty acid esters and/or sorbitan-fatty acid esters; and a hydrophilic phase comprising polyethylene glycol and at least one lower alkanol, wherein the alkanol is less than 12% of the total weight of the composition (excluding the weight of the hard gelatin capsule).
