PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article pickup device of a vending machine that can deter foreign matter from electrostatically sticking on an article mount part. SOLUTION: The article pickup device 20 of the vending machine is equipped with an article receiving box 21 for receiving an article W carried out of the machine opposite an article pickup opening 14 formed in the front; and the article receiving box 21 is equipped with the article mount part (211) where the article is mounted and an antistatic means of preventing the article mount part (211) from electrostatically being charged, and the antistatic means is preferably a sheet material 214 which contains an antistatic agent and is arranged covering the article mount part (211).
