PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comics generation system used for a comics interface making a user grasp an outline of a phenomenon or a situation by use of comics expression, and allowing grasp of the situation of the multi-viewpoint phenomenon. SOLUTION: As shown in Figure, in this comics generation system 10, a comics generation device 12 produces comics data on pre-link comics (first comics) wherein a main character is a user (hero or heroine) A on the basis of summary target data produced from general-purpose data on an electronic bulletin board or the like, and a comics display device 16 displays the comics. When another user appears in the pre-link comics as a sub character, the comics generation device additionally inscribes link information to the comics data. The comics display device sets a comics anchor in a proper area inside display of the pre-link comics as an operable area on the basis of the link information. When the user clicks the comics anchor related to the sub character by a mouse, the comics display device requests generation of link destination comics (second comics) with the other user (hero or heroine) B as a main character to the comics generation device. When the comics generation device 12 transmits comics data on the link destination comics to the comics display device 16, the comics display device displays the link destination comics through an intermediate state wherein two pieces of comics are mixed. Thereby, because the comics can be displayed with the hero or heroine changed, the multi-viewpoint grasp of the situation or the phenomenon can be performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
