PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device dispensing with a detection operation for a reference color such as a white color and a black color in color identification, when providing the device or the like using the identification of colors. SOLUTION: A detecting means 10 has a plurality of light emitting means LED for emitting lights different respectively in wavelengths, and a photoreception means 5 for detecting reflected lights of the lights emitted by the light emitting means. A control means 3 controls the light emission from the each light emitting means LED, based on a prescribed program, and has analogue-digital conversion means 6, 7 for outputting a signal when a voltage output by the photoreception means 5 exceeds a reference voltage. The control means 3 acquires signals output corresponding to the lights emitted from the respective light emitting means LED via the analogue-digital conversion means 6, 7, determines a notification content in response to combination of acquired signal values corresponding to the lights emitted from the respective light emitting means LED, and outputs the determined notification content via a notification value means SP.
