The invention relates to devices of partitioning frozen food blocks and can be used in food and meat-processing industry. The aim of the invention is to raise productivity of labor, reliability and serviceability, improvement in processing quality of frozen food staff. The task is characterized is that each knife overlaps at least one disk, adjacent knives are displaced axially by one disk, and project radially over the disk circumference.
