<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device which performs a stable lens operation by suppressing the inclination of a movable part by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The lens driving device comprises: E-shaped yokes E1 and E2 having a center magnetic pole part 1, a pair of opposing magnetic pole parts 2 to face each other with a gap d with the center magnetic pole part 1 interposed therebetween, and a fixing part 3 for connecting the opposing magnetic pole parts 2 to the center magnetic pole part 1, the E-shaped yokes E1 and E2 being disposed so that their gaps d face each other; and a magnetic H-shaped yoke H disposed in the gap d of the E-shaped yokes E1 and E2 so as to be brought into contact with/separated from the E-shaped yokes E1 and E2.
