摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which is able to make light emitting elements emit light with fixed luminance irrespective of variations in a current characteristic caused by deterioration of the light emitting elements, and has a fast write-in speed of a signal to each pixel, and is able to express accurate gradations. <P>SOLUTION: The display device of this invention has two or more pixels; each of the two or more pixels has a current source circuit for making a constant current flow, a switching part which is switched on-off by a digital video signal, a light emitting element, and a power source line; the current source circuit and the switching part have at least one transistor, respectively; and is characterized in that a gate electrode of the transistor of the current source circuit, a gate electrode of the transistor of the switching part, or the power source line is formed by using a liquid-drop discharge method or a printing method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
