PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling casing device having a reduced size, compared with the case of adopting a cooling air manifold system arranged outside. SOLUTION: The casing device 20 for encircling a rotation structural element for a gas turbine engine 10 comprises a casing member 22A formed around the structural element 16 extending therefrom at least in part.
