PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency amplifier circuit which has a circuitry never causing a potential reduction of an input terminal by high frequency signal, can provide an effect more than the suppressing effect of potential reduction of the input terminal by high frequency signal obtained in a conventional art, and consequently has saturation characteristic more excellent than the conventional art. SOLUTION: This circuit comprises a constant voltage source generating a constant voltage Vb1 higher than a bias voltage Vbb; a rectifying transistor TR4 connected between a supply point ND1 of bias voltage Vbb connected to the input terminal Ti through a bias supplying element L1 and a power source voltage Vbb2, in which a control terminal is held by the constant voltage Vb1; and a constant current source TR5 connected between the supply point ND1 of bias voltage and a reference voltage Vss, and supplying a constant current to the transistor TR4.
