PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check automatically by a coin storing delivery device 19 itself, to shorten a time required for the whole check even in the case a plurality of coin storing delivery devices 19 exists, and to make the check strict. SOLUTION: A shutter 70 is closed, to thereby partition a coin storing space part 57 into a lower region 57a and an upper region 57b in checking. Coins C in the lower region 57a of the coin storing space part 57 are conveyed upward by a belt means 58. The coins C conveyed upward by the belt means 58 are discriminated by a discrimination part 65, distributed to the upper region 57b side of the coin storing space part 57 by a distribution means 66, and stored on the shutter 70. After storing all the coins C in the lower region of the coin storing space part 57 on the shutter 70, the shutter 70 is opened, and the coins C are returned to the lower region 57a of the coin storing space part 57.
