PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily send electronic mail having different contents. SOLUTION: A mail editing device includes a display means of displaying a mail creation picture comprising a destination input area, a copy destination input area, a destination header input area, a copy destination header input area, and a mail text input area, a receiving means of receiving a main transmission request using the mail creation picture, an editing means of editing destination transmission mail information for a destination inputted to the destination input area according to information inputted to the destination header input area and information inputted to the mail text input area and also editing copy destination transmission mail information for a destination inputted to the copy destination input area according to information inputted to the copy destination header input area and information inputted to the main text input area, and a request means of requesting a mail server to send the destination transmission mail information and copy destination transmission mail information edited by the editing means.
