PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device thinned and reduced in the number of parts. SOLUTION: The shutter device 21 is equipped with a base member 32 having a base part 32b where an opening part 32c having a prescribed aperture is formed, and a 1st blade 36 arranged on the base member 32 and capable of turning in a direction where it opens/shuts the opening part 32c. Then, a 1st ring 26 having a circular ring part 26a is disposed on the outside of the base part 32b. The one end side of the 1st blade 36 is supported by the 1st ring 26 and the base member 32, and the 1st ring 26 is turned by a prescribed angle, whereby the other end side of the 1st blade 36 is turned to the opening part 32c side to open/shut the opening part 32c.
