PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid body detachable tool capable of attaching and detaching a lid body only by a series of operations without properly using a plurality of key members and preventing the wrong lid opening by a jig tool. SOLUTION: In the lid body detachable tool 1a for attaching and detaching the lid body with a screw to an opening section of a body, the lid body has a cylindrical hole, the lid body detachable tool 1a has an enclosure 10 insertable into the cylindrical hole, and it has a follower body 20a and a cam body 30a mechanically paired with each other inside of the enclosure 10, and when the cam body 30a is moved forward and backward, the follower body 20a is partially projected from the circumferential surface of the enclosure 10 to make it engage with the lid body in the rotational direction so that the lid body and the enclosure 10 are integrally forward and reverse rotated. The cam body 30a can be operated from the outside of the enclosure 10, and the follower body 20a is energized to the direction of the inside of the enclosure 10 by an elastic body 22a.
