PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton which can be squashed into flat so that used cartons can be easily stacked. SOLUTION: In a seal end carton, a cutting line 14 is formed on a boundary between a lower side outer flap 7 and a joining margin 10 continuously connected to the tip thereof, a substantially circular arc-shaped cutting line 12a with a continuous connection line of the lower side outer flap to a lower plate as a starting point is formed in the lower plate 2, and two parallel cutting lines 13a and 13b leading to the cutting line 14 formed on the boundary of the lower side outer flap 7 and the joining margin 10 to be continuously connected to the tip thereof are formed with an intersection of the continuous connection line with the circular arc-shaped cutting line 12a as a starting point.
