PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying-cum-packaging box which is easy to carry while displaying, and which is excellent in assembling workability and uses a small amount of area of materials. SOLUTION: With respect to the displaying-cum-carrying box made by connecting at least two packaging boxes 10 with their end walls 11A, 11B being overlapped for linking by a connecting means (an adhesive tape 3), the packaging box 10 comprises: a first breaking means 21 so provided as to extend along both the end rims of the outer flap 17A provided in communication with the first end wall 11A that overlaps the other packaging box 10; a second breaking means 22 so provided as to extend along mutually opposing lateral walls 12A, 12B via the second end wall 11B; a pair of third breaking means 23 provided along the lateral walls 12A, 12B so as to extend from both the ends of the second breaking means 22 toward both the ends of the first breaking means 21; and fourth breaking means 24 provided, in communication with the third breaking means 23, at the inside flaps 15A, 15B so as to come approximately in agreement with the first breaking means 21 in upward and downward direction.
