PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling wheel of a crawler type travelling device that suppresses vibration transmitted from the rolling wheel to the crawler type travelling device, reduces the burden of a driver of a crawler tractor having the crawler type travelling device, and allows comfortable steering. SOLUTION: Elastic elements 30a and 30b are disposed at both ends of a shaft 31 of the rolling wheel 13.
