PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new mounting structure for a torque rod capable of protecting a mounting bolt for mounting a torque rod to a power unit from damage due to hitting of an obstacle projected from a road surface and a jumped up stone. SOLUTION: A connection plate part 16 in a torque rod bracket 10 is installed in the state where it is gradually and downwardly inclined from a front fixing part 12 fixed to a lower surface 4 of the power unit 2 toward a rear fixing part 14 for mounting a vertically arranged vibration-proof bush 8 to the power unit 2. Whereas, a pair of reinforcement ribs 36, 36 is integrally formed on both edges in a width direction of the connection plate part 16 and a distance between the opposed surfaces of the reinforcement ribs 36, 36 is made smaller than a width dimension of a head part of a fixing bolt 52 fastened/fixed to the rear fixing part 14. The reinforcement ribs 36, 36 are continuously extended to at least the rear fixing part 14 and are projected to the part lower than the head part of the fixing bolt 52. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
