PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer device capable of optionally setting distribution of torsional rigidity of front and rear stabilizers. SOLUTION: Actuators 2f, 2r at a front wheel side and a rear wheel side connected to the stabilizers 1f, 1r of the front and rear wheels respectively and a fluid pressure source 20 are connected by respective feed flow passages 30f, 30r on the front and rear wheel sides respectively and the actuators 2f, 2r on the front and rear wheel sides and a reservoir R are connected by respective discharge flow passages 29f, 20r on the front and rear wheel sides respectively. Pressure reducing valves 15f, 15r are provided on the midway of feed flow passages 30f, 30r on the wheel sides respectively and a by-pass passage 60 for communicating the feed flow passage 30r on the rear wheel side and the discharge flow passage 29r on the rear wheel side is provided. An opening/closing valve 63 is provided on the midway of the by-pass passage 60 and is opened and closed making fluid pressure in the feed flow passage 30f on the front wheel side and fluid pressure in the by-pass passage 60 on the upstream side more than the opening/closing valve 63 in the feed flow passage 30r on the rear wheel side or in the by-pass passage 60 as pilot pressure.
