METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ROTATING SAW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of heat damages of a rotating saw and a material to be ground by reducing frictional resistance during cutting and to reduce the noise generated from the rotating saw. SOLUTION: A large number of tips (14) are circumferentially fixed at prescribed pitches in the outer periphery of a disk-like base metal (11). The surface of the base metal (11) is coated with a fluorine resin (15). After that, a slit (16) extended from the inner peripheral side to the outer peripheral side is formed in the base metal (11) by laser machining. The slit (16) is filled with a viscoelastic resin (17).
