PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot massage apparatus capable of saving water resources by circulating water inside a main body container and using it. SOLUTION: The foot massage apparatus is provided with a main body for housing the lower limbs of a user, a foot mounting base formed inside the main body so as to mount feet, a water ejection means for ejecting hot and cold water toward the lower limbs housed inside the main body, a water storage tank for accumulating the water to be supplied to the water ejection means, a water supply means for supplying cold water to the water storage tank, a hot water supply means for supplying hot water to the water storage tank, and a recovery means for recovering the water ejected by the water ejection means to the water storage tank.
