PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing known molds to widely and efficiently screen a mold group containing a new mold, and to provide a useful mold by the method. SOLUTION: This method for separating and collecting the mold comprises inoculating and culturing mold hyphae separated from a sample in the wells of a micro plate, respectively, and then removing strains growing in an early stage, putting a sterilizer in the wells, continuously performing the operations for at least three days to culture, and then collecting strains grown in other wells after the operations.
