PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester resin composition capable of giving a molded article which is biodegradable and has good molding external appearances and excellent impact resistance. SOLUTION: The aliphatic polyester resin composition is obtained by melt-kneading 100 pts. wt. of an aliphatic polyester resin (A), 1-60 pts. wt. of a modified conjugated diene polymer (B) modified with a compound bearing one or more polar groups selected from among an amino group, imino group, hydroxy group, epoxy group, carboxy group and acid anhydride group and 0.01-5 pts. wt. of a free radical initiator (C).
