A headrest assembly includes a first housing, a second housing rotatably supported by the first housing, and an adjustment mechanism adapted to selectively position the second housing relative to the first housing. The locking mechanism engages the second housing in the locked position to lock the second housing in one of a plurality of positions relative to the first housing and disengages the second housing in the unlocked position to allow the second housing to rotate relative to the first housing.
