<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection cap capable of securing stable water-proof property by improving the wrap-around of a sealing material, capable of increasing the rigidity of a flexible lock arm, and capable of improving the injection workability of the sealing material. <P>SOLUTION: This connection cap has an innermost wall 19 on a tip side of a barrel part 12 and an opening 13a on a rear end side of the barrel part 12, through which a joint part 27 of a joint wire 24 is inserted to hold the joint part 27. The flexible lock arm 15 for temporary fixing the joint part 27 is integrally provided on the inner surface 12a of the barrel part 12. A hole part 19a for injecting the sealing material, smaller than the opening 13a on the rear end side is provided on the innermost wall 19. The flexible lock arm 15 is extended toward a counter direction of the wire insertion, and a tapered surface 17a guiding insertion of the joint part 27 and a locking surface 17b locking the joint part 27 are provided at the tip of the flexible lock arm 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
